At Beach City Cleaning, we strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our clients. We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you have any questions regarding payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for service.

Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: No fee will be incurred.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

At Beach City Cleaning, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.

Complimentary Re-Cleaning: If you’re not satisfied, we will return to address any specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
